You’ll play a key role in shaping how our clients capture and generate demand, scale pipeline, and drive measurable business outcomes.</p> <p>What You’ll Do</p> <p>Strategic Ownership</p> <p>Build and execute paid media strategies tailored for B2B SaaS clients across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms.<br /> Drive both demand capture (converting in-market buyers) and demand generation (creating awareness and intent in new audiences).<br /> Identify and implement performance optimization opportunities using data and experimentation.<br /> Own full-funnel planning: ICP targeting, channel mix, budget allocation, creative messaging, and landing page coordination.<br /> Design and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns — from account list design to orchestration and personalization.<br /> Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to optimize targeting, automate workflows, and extract sharper insights.</p> <p>Client & Stakeholder Management</p> <p>Be the primary point of contact for 5+ clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation setting, and value delivery.<br /> Lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls, reporting on performance, insights, and next steps.<br /> Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, ops) to deliver campaign assets, reports, and growth initiatives on time.<br /> Advise clients strategically on paid media aligns with business KPIs — pipeline velocity, CAC, ROAS, and revenue impact.</p> <p>Performance Analysis & Reporting</p> <p>Monitor key metrics: CPL, CAC, SQLs, pipeline, ROAS, and contribution to revenue.<br /> Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that not only show results but explain what they mean.<br /> Translate insights into action — faster iteration, stronger messaging, better targeting.</p> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Experience & Background</p> <p>5+ years of experience in performance marketing and account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.<br /> Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
