Acquisition Engagement Specialist
<p><strong>Description</strong><br /> As an Acquisition Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of quality care and customer service. Your primary responsibility is to set firm appointments for potential patients, driving a high number of them to attend their scheduled appointments.<br /> This involves contacting potential patients via telephone and text, and responding promptly to their questions and inquiries with top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. You must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of customer service and appointment setting, including overcoming objections using call scripting and rebuttals.</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p>With a deep background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an independent contractor (deep understanding of the pros & cons involved in this industry).<br /> In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in Sales.<br /> Strong persuasive, and results-driven mindset.<br /> Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.<br /> Ability to master and effectively use call scripts and rebuttals.<br /> Proficiency with the Five9 Dialer and email management.<br /> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br /> Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team.<br /> Commitment to providing high-quality SALES service and patient care.<br /> A minimum 80 Mbps internet speed connection is a must.</p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong><br /> SALARY – $ 1,100 PER MONTH<br /> TYPE OF WORK – FULL TIME (REMOTE), FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY<br /> WORK SCHEDULE – US TIME ZONE (East Coast)</p>
