As a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams, this role leads strategic training efforts, ensures consistent onboarding and education, and champions the optimization of Janus solutions. Working closely with the Customer Engagement team, the Program Lead supports client relationships by maintaining a unified approach to training, reporting deliverables, and conducting on-site customer
