: AI Video Prompt Specialist – Creative & Visual Storytelling

<p>Unibots is looking for a creative and detail-oriented <strong>AI Video Prompt Specialist</strong> who can create high-quality AI-generated videos using strong prompts, visual imagination, and storytelling skills.</p><p>This is not a pure coding role. We are looking for someone who can think visually, understand scenes, emotions, characters, camera movements, lighting, and cinematic storytelling — and convert those ideas into effective prompts for AI video generation tools.</p><p>The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, logical thinking, and the ability to guide AI tools to generate visually appealing, consistent, and engaging video outputs.</p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create detailed prompts for AI video generation tools based on scripts, storyboards, characters, and creative briefs.</li><li>Convert written scenes into strong visual prompts with clear direction for character look, background, lighting, camera angle, movement, mood, and emotion.</li><li>Work on AI-generated videos for microdramas, YouTube content, short-form videos, ads, social media creatives, and experimental content.</li><li>Maintain character consistency across multiple scenes and episodes.</li><li>Suggest visual improvements to make scenes more cinematic, emotional, and engaging.</li><li>Work closely with writers, video editors, creative producers, and AI tool operators to produce high-quality video output.</li><li>Understand the difference between weak prompts and strong prompts, and keep improving prompts based on AI output.</li><li>Create prompts for different styles such as cinematic realism, semi-anime, fantasy, horror, romance, drama, thriller, and social media content.</li><li>Review AI-generated outputs and identify what needs to be improved: face, costume, camera movement, lighting, background, emotion, continuity, or scene clarity.</li><li>Build prompt libraries, character prompt sheets, scene templates, and style guides for repeatable video production.</li><li>Stay updated with new AI video tools and creative workflows.</li></ul><p><br></p>Key Requirements<ul><li>Strong understanding of visual storytelling, scene creation, and cinematic language.</li><li>Ability to write detailed and clear prompts in English.</li><li>Good imagination and ability to visualize scenes before they are created.</li><li>Understanding of camera angles, lighting, shot types, expressions, mood, costume, background, and movement.</li><li>Ability to break a script into visual shots.</li><li>Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to maintain character and style consistency across multiple videos.</li><li>Basic understanding of video editing, direction, filmmaking, animation, or content production will be preferred.</li><li>Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, Midjourney, Leonardo, ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo, Luma, or similar tools will be an added advantage.</li><li>Candidates from <strong>Mass Communication, Film Production, Animation, Media Studies, Advertising, Journalism, English, Design, or Creative Writing</strong> backgrounds are encouraged to apply.</li><li>B.Tech/technical background is welcome, but this is primarily a <strong>creative visual role</strong>, not a coding role. </li></ul><p><br></p>Good to Have Skills<ul><li>Basic video editing knowledge.</li><li>Understanding of storytelling.</li><li>Experience in writing visual prompts for AI tools.</li><li>Knowledge of camera terms like close-up, wide shot, tracking shot, over-the-shoulder shot, slow motion, pan, tilt, zoom, etc.</li><li>Ability to create mood boards or reference sheets.</li><li>Interest in fantasy, drama, horror, romance, thriller, or cinematic content.</li><li>Ability to work fast and improve outputs through multiple prompt iterations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
