Role Overview
We are looking for a data‑driven Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels. The role will focus on driving performance, maximizing ROAS, and improving acquisition and retention through strategic campaign execution and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns to achieve target ROAS and business objectives.
- Build and execute Meta ad campaigns for specific customer cohorts and audience segments.
- Plan and run retargeting campaigns across multiple digital properties to improve conversions and engagement.
- Own and drive paid media ROI, continuously monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns through audience targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and budget allocation.
- Track, analyze, and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with creative, content, and business teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of campaign creation, optimization, and audience targeting.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into performance improvements.
- Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of ROI, ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion metrics.
