SkyFi is the place for you.</p><p><strong>The Job</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design, deliver and maintain a system that enables the integration of multiple Earth Observation service providers, exposes APIs, and maximizes uptime and fault tolerance.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to gather requirements.</p></li><li><p>Partner with fellow engineers to architect, develop and scale the product, while keeping operational issues in mind</p></li><li><p>Mentor and support your fellow teammates.</p></li><li><p>Drive ongoing efficiency and reliability improvements that improve the quality of the systems.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><p>College graduate with a STEM degree (preferably in Computer Science) with solid computer science fundamentals</p></li><li><p>At least several years of industry experience with solid software design and development skills</p></li><li><p>Experience in relational databases</p></li><li><p>Autonomy and proactivity with end-to-end ownership of any problem with minimal supervision</p></li><li><p>Comfortable managing large data sets using techniques like partitioning and sharding</p></li><li><p>Experience developing, documenting, maintaining, and integrating REST APIs</p></li><li><p>Interested in working with Python, Postgres, geospatial and temporal datasets, and image manipulation</p></li><li><p>Experience in working with automated CI/CD pipelines</p></li><li><p>Experience in working with no manual testing processes is a huge plus</p></li><li><p>Experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus</p></li><li><p>Experience in SaaS product companies developing and supporting 24/7 services is a plus</p></li><li><p>Experience with multinational remote teams is a huge plus</p></li><li><p>Preference for early-stage projects is a plus</p></li><li><p>Interest in the Earth Observation industry is a plus<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>At SkyFi You Will:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Be well compensated.
