The organisation is standardising procure to pay processes and rolling out Basware across entities to improve automation, compliance, and visibility.</p><hr><h2>Role overview</h2><p>You will drive the rollout of <span>Basware</span> across multiple countries and business units. This is not support. This is implementation and deployment at scale.</p><p>You will work closely with finance, operations, and IT to standardise P2P processes and ensure successful adoption.</p><hr><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Lead end to end Basware rollout across assigned countries</p></li><li><p>Configure invoice processing, approval workflows, and validation rules</p></li><li><p>Drive localisation for e invoicing compliance per country</p></li><li><p>Coordinate rollout phases: design, build, test, deploy, hypercare</p></li><li><p>Work with ERP teams integrating with <span>SAP</span> or <span>Microsoft Dynamics 365</span></p></li><li><p>Support supplier onboarding and enablement into Basware network</p></li><li><p>Facilitate workshops with finance stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Ensure process standardisation while adapting to local requirements</p></li><li><p>Support UAT and manage go live readiness</p></li></ul><hr><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Experience with <span>Basware</span></p></li><li><p>Proven experience in rollout or multi country implementation</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of procure to pay and accounts payable processes</p></li><li><p>Experience with e invoicing frameworks</p></li><li><p>Experience integrating Basware with ERP systems</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently in distributed teams</p></li><li><p>Fluent English</p></li></ul><hr><h2>Strong advantage</h2><ul><li><p>Experience in logistics, supply chain, or high volume invoice environments</p></li><li><p>Experience working with shared service centres</p></li><li><p>Exposure to global rollout programs</p></li></ul><hr><h2>What makes this role different</h2><ul><li><p>Real rollout ownership, not maintenance</p></li><li><p>Multi country deployment</p></li><li><p>High impact finance transformation</p></li></ul></div>
