Job Description:

Perform end-to-end testing of our human to AI interactions and experiences
Conduct tests in both English and Spanish
Validate AI fitment clarification behavior
Examine call transcripts and logs, generating clear and actionable defect reports
Support catalog quality initiatives to resolve data content issues impacting fitment and lookup accuracy

Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Strong automotive parts and fitment knowledge from supply chain or repair service experience
Familiarity with automotive catalog concepts and/or Auto Care ACES/PIES
Experience in structured Quality Assurance testing
Strong communication skills and follow-through with product, engineering, and operations teams
