Youll be part of a company that values high-quality work and supports ongoing growth in a stable, full-time environment. <br> Id be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether youve previously worked as a Kitchen Fitter, Fire Door Fitter, or Joiner. <br><b> As a Carpenter Multi, you will be: </b><br><ul><li> Fit and Fix Mortice Latch and Latch set, multipoint locks, Door Hanging, Door Lining and Rebated framework </li><li> Gain entry and make safe to properties </li><li> All aspects of kitchen installation with mitred worktop joints and flooring </li><li> Able to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectively </li></ul><b> Id love to speak to Carpenter Multi who has: </b><br><ul><li> Trade experience within the residential repairs sector </li><li> Experience of kitchen installations including 1st and 2nd fix </li><li> Experience of fire door installation </li><li> Have a good knowledge of residential building regulations </li><li> Has NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry </li><li> A full UK driving licence </li><li> A DBS check will be required before commencing of the role </li></ul><b> This Carpenter Multi role is offering the following benefits: </b><br><ul><li> Van and fuel card is provided </li><li>34 days annual leave rising to 36 days (including bank holiday)</li><li> Life insurance </li><li> Company pension scheme </li><li> Uniform and safety equipment provided </li></ul><b> This role is offering a salary of £38,600 per year. </b><br> Location & travel Based in Woking, the role includes a company vehicle, making site travel easy.
