Case Manager
<p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing legal support team. This is a fully remote position, ideal for professionals with experience managing personal injury cases who thrive in fast-paced, client-focused environments.</p><hr><h5>Responsibilities:</h5><ul><li><p>Manage a full caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement or litigation.</p></li><li><p>Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing case updates and addressing questions with professionalism and empathy.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate medical treatment, request and track medical records and bills.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and third parties.</p></li><li><p>Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure compliance with case timelines.</p></li><li><p>Update and maintain accurate case notes and documentation in case management systems.</p></li><li><p>Assist with demand packages, settlement documentation, and general case preparation.</p></li><li><p>Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.</p></li></ul><hr><h5>Qualifications:</h5><ul><li><p>Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or in a similar legal support role.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of personal injury processes, terminology, and case lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with legal case management software and CRMs.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</p></li><li><p>Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.</p></li></ul>
