style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Monitors key recruitment metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of enrollment efforts and initiate data-driven improvements.</span></li><li style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Manages advertising activities in conjunction with the marketing department to develop materials according to sponsor and IRB guidelines.</span></li><li required.</span></li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">2+ years of patient recruitment management experience required.</span></li><li style="font-size:11pt;margin:3px 0px;letter-spacing:0.25px;line-height:1.6;"><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Experience in a multi-site research organization preferred.
