Our software training instructors develop materials and provide virtual and occasional onsite end-user training for Mitchell products such as collision estimating and body shop management and insurance claims software to Mitchell clients in the collision repair and automotive insurance industries. They also serve as a subject matter expert in the review and creation of Mitchell’s product workflow guides, training material, and Help files. </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We value curiosity — our best trainers ask ‘why’ as often as they teach ‘how.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Utilize strong organizational skills and communication skills to facilitate end user customer training of Mitchell software applications via virtual instructor led training </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work on multiple projects of differing needs and scope simultaneously</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner regularly with internal and external project management teams to plan, outline, create, deliver and maintain training agendas and materials</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide follow-up support as needed</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of training services provided</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Consult and assist customers with configuration of software and customer workflow based on user roles</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Completes accurate and timely reporting of all customer correspondence and activity </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to travel on-site for the occasional in-person training, as needed</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work with customers of various sizes, in a variety of environments.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High School Diploma </span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of automotive property damage insurance claim and/or body shop repair life cycle</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hands‑on experience with industry tools such as Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC ONE, Audatex, or internal carrier systems.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work under minimal supervision and has a high level of personal initiative</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong oral, written, listening and presentation skills: must be comfortable leading virtual training and hands‑on exercises.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Teams, Outlook, Word)</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent Customer Service skills</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
