Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with specific expertise in physician claims and insurance contracts. 2+ years of experience in Epic contract build, managed care or revenue cycle. Epic Certification is required within the first year of employment. Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Build, test, and maintain payer clinic/physician contracts within Epic.</li><li>Translate payer agreements into system logic, including fee schedules, reimbursement terms, and payment methodologies.</li><li>Validate contract builds through testing and reconciliation against expected reimbursement and payments.</li><li>Support analysis of underpayments, overpayments, and billing issues related to contract configuration.</li><li>Collaborate with Managed Care, Revenue Cycle, and IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of contract terms.</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of contract build logic and assumptions.</li><li>Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization efforts related to contract management.</li><li>Support reporting and analytics related to reimbursement trends and contract performance.</li></ul>At SSM Health, we believe in providing our employees with a fulfilling career.
