This is a part-time, remote position offering flexible hours, with a commitment of 3 hours per day across weekdays.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting a single individual in senior management, executive, or CEO-level roles, with a strong understanding of UK working practices.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br /> Diary & Calendar Management:<br /> Efficiently manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, prioritising critical engagements, and ensuring no conflicts.<br /> Task & Project Management:<br /> Independently manage ad-hoc tasks, follow-ups, and project tracking to ensure progress without the need for micromanagement.<br /> Inbox Management:<br /> Monitor, flag, and draft responses to emails as appropriate, ensuring nothing is missed and that priorities are actioned.<br /> Document & File Organisation:<br /> Maintain and organise documents, reports, and files for easy retrieval and use.<br /> Meeting Preparation:<br /> Prepare agendas, briefings, summaries, and take action points from meetings when required.<br /> General Administration Support:<br /> Handle administrative tasks, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and supplier/contractor communications.<br /> Personal Assistance:<br /> From time to time, assist with personal tasks related to the executive’s broader responsibilities.</p> <p>Key Requirements<br /> Minimum 5 years’ experience as a dedicated assistant to a senior executive or CEO.<br /> Proven track record of delivering tasks independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.<br /> Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with experience managing complex diaries over the long term.<br /> Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.<br /> Experience or understanding of UK working practices is highly desirable.<br /> A resourceful, “go-getter” attitude with the ability to find solutions and remove barriers.<br /> Proficiency with common tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity apps.<br /> A stable and professional home working environment with reliable internet.</p> <p>Contract & Compensation<br /> Part-time contract, 15 hours per week.<br /> Competitive hourly rate based on experience.<br /> Long-term opportunity for the right candidate.</p> <p>How to Apply<br /> Please submit:</p> <p>A CV detailing your relevant experience<br /> A brief cover letter highlighting:</p> <p>Examples of supporting senior executives<br /> Your approach to task prioritisation and organisation<br /> Any experience with UK working practices</p>
