Freight Flow Associate

Inspect and verify accuracy of incoming inventory. Organize and stock merchandise on sales floor according to established guidelines. Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock and replenishing as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely flow of merchandise. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Provide excellent customer service to members by answering questions and assisting with locating merchandise. Utilize equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to move merchandise. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management. Meet productivity and accuracy standards set by the company. Adapt to changes in workflow and tasks as needed. Participate in inventory counts and assist with inventory management. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
