Our sourcing packages range between £3,000 – £5,000, and we are now seeking a talented Sales Closer to join our team and help convert warm leads into paying clients.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The Role<br /> As a Sales Closer, you will be speaking with high-earning investors who are actively considering property investment in the UK. Your role will be to build trust, guide them through our sourcing packages, and close deals confidently and professionally.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will be working directly with warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns and will be responsible for managing conversations, handling objections, and securing commitments.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br /> Conduct sales calls with qualified investor leads (Zoom/phone).<br /> Confidently present our sourcing packages (£3k–£5k) and explain their value.<br /> Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.<br /> Build strong relationships with clients to increase conversions and referrals.<br /> Record and track all sales activity in our CRM system.<br /> Provide daily/weekly updates on progress and results.<br /> Follow company scripts and frameworks while also bringing your own sales expertise.<br /> </p> <p> </p> <p>Skills & Requirements<br /> Proven experience in closing high-ticket sales (ideally £2,000+ per sale).<br /> Excellent spoken English with a neutral/English-sounding accent.<br /> Confident communicator who can engage with high-net-worth individuals.<br /> Strong sales and negotiation skills, with evidence of past success (conversion rates, sales figures, etc.).<br /> Comfortable handling objections and guiding clients towards a decision.<br /> Highly organised and able to update CRM systems accurately.<br /> Target-driven and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.<br /> Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.<br /> </p> <p> </p> <p>Preferred (but not essential):<br /> Background in property, investment, or financial services sales.<br /> Familiarity with UK property strategies such as Buy-to-Let, BRRR, or flips.<br /> </p> <p> </p> <p>What We Offer<br /> Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.<br /> Warm, qualified leads provided — no cold calling required.<br /> Training and support on our sourcing process and investment products.<br /> Opportunity to work with a fast-growing UK property business.<br /> </p> <p>👉 To Apply:</p> <p>Please submit your CV/resume and record a short 2-minute Loom video explaining:</p> <p> </p> <p>Why you believe you’re the right person for this role.<br /> A recent example of a high-ticket sale you successfully closed.<br /> Applications without the Loom video will not be considered.</p>
