Role Description
You'll assist travellers via live chat and email with booking changes, cancellations, refund requests, and urgent travel issues. Travel support is fast-paced and unpredictable — no two days are the same, and you'll need to stay calm when customers are stressed.
- Handle inbound live chat and email queries from travellers
- Process booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to resolve issues on behalf of customers
- Manage urgent cases including missed flights and last-minute changes
- Escalate complex disputes and complaints to the specialist team
Qualifications
- Clear, reassuring written English — you keep stressed travellers calm
- Fast and decisive — travel issues are often time-sensitive
- Organised and able to juggle multiple cases simultaneously
- Comfortable working shift patterns including some weekends
Requirements
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or airline customer service (nice to have)
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre) or OTA platforms (nice to have)
- Second language a bonus — Arabic, French, or Spanish particularly useful (nice to have)
