Role: Business Development – Influencer Marketing (Level: Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new brands for influencer collaborations to expand the client base.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive business growth by negotiating and closing profitable deals, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
  • Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including strategy development, influencer selection, and performance tracking.
  • Brand Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and social media influencers to ensure seamless collaborations.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective negotiations and contract closures.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and developments in influencer marketing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and high client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing sales or a related role.
  • Proven ability to acquire brands, manage client relationships, and generate revenue.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
