Instructional Designer & Training Content Developer (Remote / Offshore)

We are building scalable training systems to improve operational consistency, employee performance, and frontline execution across our teams.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span>We are looking for a Remote Instructional Designer & Training Content Developer to help us turn real operational workflows, SOPs, and day-to-day processes into clear, engaging, and practical learning content.</span></p> <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span>About the Role</span></h2> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span>This is a remote offshore role for candidates based outside the United States.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span>This is not a traditional academic training role. It is a hands-on, execution-focused production role for someone who enjoys creating short, visual, easy-to-understand training content that employees can apply quickly in real work situations.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span>The ideal candidate is creative, fast, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using AI and modern eLearning tools, and able to simplify complex information into practical video trainings, micro-learning modules, quizzes, screen recordings, and scenario-based learning.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span>You will help create training that supports frontline healthcare teams, improves operational consistency, reduces repeated mistakes, and helps employees understand what “good execution” looks like in real situations.</span></p> <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span>Essential Functions</span></h2> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li><span>Design and produce short-form visual training modules for frontline operational teams.</span></li> <li><span>Convert SOPs, workflows, and operational processes into engaging micro-learning content.</span></li> <li><span>Create video trainings, screen recordings, animated explainers, quizzes, and scenario-based learning modules.</span></li> <li><span>Develop practical Do / Don’t examples to help employees understand expectations clearly.</span></li> <li><span>Build training content using tools such as Articulate, Rise, Vyond, Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.</span></li> <li><span>Use AI tools to support storyboarding, scriptwriting, voiceovers, quiz creation, and content production.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain training consistency, branding standards, and version control across materials.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with operational leaders and Learning & Development team members to improve training quality.</span></li> <li><span>Revise training content based on feedback, audit findings, employee performance issues, or operational gaps.</span></li> <li><span>Manage assigned deadlines and production schedules independently.</span></li> <li><span>Upload or organize completed modules in the LMS, Microsoft SharePoint, or other internal systems as needed.</span></li> </ul> <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span>Production Expectations</span></h2> <p style="text-align: justify;"> <li><span>3+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, training content development, multimedia learning production, or similar work.</span></li> <li><span>Strong portfolio with examples of visual learning content, video trainings, eLearning modules, screen recordings, or training materials.</span></li> <li><span>Experience creating training for frontline employees, healthcare teams, retail, hospitality, customer service, operations, or fast-paced work environments is preferred.</span></li> <li><span>Strong English written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to simplify complex information into short, engaging, practical content.</span></li> <li><span>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.</span></li> <li><span>Comfortable working with deadlines, feedback, revisions, and high-volume content production.</span></li> <li><span>Experience working
