Investment Consultant

Job Summary:

You'll be positioned to grow within the Branch Network, where you'll gain valuable experience in financial consulting. You'll build and manage a client portfolio through proactive, outbound calls, uncovering opportunities for tailored financial solutions. Working alongside experienced FCs, you'll gain essential skills and insights that will empower your growth in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a client base through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
• Utilize needs-based analysis to uncover client opportunities and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Collaborate with Financial Consultants to deliver exceptional service and value to clients.
• Stay informed of industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of financial products to support client needs.
• Achieve performance targets while adhering to Schwab’s high standards of customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A valid and active Series 7 license is required (license may be obtained under a condition of employment).
• A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment).
• A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
