If you’re curious, eager to learn, and ready to grow your career, you’ll fit right in.</p><p><b>Meet our team here:</b></p><p>https://tinyurl.com/nnnzb98u</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>Working directly with our Senior Project Manager and website developers, you’ll support the smooth delivery of client website projects by assisting with:</p><ul><li><b>Project Management:</b> Helping oversee the end-to-end process of designing, building, and launching clinic websites.</li><li><b>Creative Input:</b> Sharing ideas with the design team to ensure websites are both visually appealing and aligned with client strategy.</li><li><b>Organisation:</b> Keeping all project details, documents, and timelines organised and accessible.</li><li><b>Team Collaboration:</b> Working closely with designers, developers, and content creators to keep projects moving.</li><li><b>Client Liaison:</b> Being the friendly, reliable contact for our clinic clients — managing expectations and keeping them updated.</li><li><b>Timeline & Budget:</b> Supporting project delivery to ensure deadlines are met without cutting corners.</li><li><b>Problem Solving:</b> Tackling challenges and finding creative solutions when needed.</li><li><b>Quality Assurance:</b> Ensuring every website is polished and ready before launch.</li><li><b>Continuous Improvement:</b> Helping us refine our process to make it better, faster, and more enjoyable for everyone.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Must be UK based</li><li>Ideally 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience is a plus)</li><li>Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented — this role involves lots of moving parts</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>A great sense of humour — if you’re very straight-laced, this isn’t the company for you</li><li>A true team player who helps others succeed</li><li>Familiarity with Asana and any WordPress editor would be advantageous</li></ul><p><b>Benefits</b></p><ul><li>Unlimited holiday</li><li>Fully remote working — no office required</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Birthday present</li><li>Private medical care (physical and mental health)</li><li>Trips and holidays away with the team (our last trip was a week in Ibiza!)</li></ul><p><b>Salary:</b> Up to £32,000 depending on experience</p><p>If you’re looking to join a fun, ambitious team and be part of something special, we’d love to hear from you.</p> Salary: GBP 19200 - 28800 per year
