Manager of Communications
To build and lead the communications function for a technology and innovation center of excellence, the full-time Manager of Communications will develop multi-tier communications strategies, manage change management communications, and establish a centralized content strategy while working remotely from the United States. Key responsibilities Develop and manage a comprehensive communications strategy for various organizational tiers, ensuring alignment and clarity Design and execute communication strategies for technology deployments and organizational changes across the GISI family of companies Build and maintain a centralized library of communications materials and manage marketing consultants for branding and content production Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or change management communications Demonstrated experience building a communications program or function with limited precedent Proven ability to develop and execute communications strategies for large-scale technology or organizational change programs Strong writing, editing, and narrative-shaping skills across diverse audience types Familiarity with enterprise internal communications platforms and project management tools
