<p>About the job</p> <p>How you&#8217;ll role</p> <p>Lead digital fundraising initiatives as a strategic and technical Marketing Manager. This role involves managing various platforms for fundraising, marketing automation, and analytics. You&#8217;ll transform donor data into actionable strategies, boosting revenue, enhancing donor retention, and refining operations. This position demands a professional who thrives at the intersection of tech, marketing, and analytics, supporting a mission in community-led conservation and development.</p> <p>What you&#8217;ll do</p> <p>Serve as the technical owner for all digital tools across fundraising and marketing, including Funraise, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Mailchimp<br /> Maintain and improve booking and payments platforms for donor travel, events, and experiential giving<br /> Lead analytics across donor funnels such as acquisition, retention, LTV, churn, and conversion<br /> Create dashboards for data-led decision-making and donor trend forecasts<br /> Run insight reports evaluating email performance, web traffic, donations, and campaign effectiveness<br /> Execute monthly fundraising campaigns with coordination from team members<br /> Improve conversion across donation pages and recurring giving programs<br /> Automate nurture and retention flows across HubSpot and Mailchimp<br /> Launch frictionless flows for donor onboarding, event RSVPs, and payment processing<br /> Lead technical marketing strategy with attribution tracking and web analytics using GA4<br /> Manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns aligning them with growth objectives<br /> Collaborate to A/B test donation pages and campaign landing pages<br /> Build SOPs and documentation for workflows, and provide training on tools like HubSpot, Funraise<br /> Act as a problem solver for tech stack issues and growth inquiries</p> <p>What you&#8217;ll need</p> <p>5+ years of experience in a technical marketing or growth operations role, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-led setting<br /> Extensive hands-on experience with Funraise, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and analytics dashboards<br /> Proven skills in building automations, optimizing donation funnels, and integrating sales, marketing, and tech<br /> Experience managing or integrating payment and booking systems<br /> Expertise in visualizing and communicating performance data to drive strategy<br /> Independent, analytical, collaborative, and values-driven individual<br /> Ability to simplify systems and build scalable solutions</p>
