This is a B2B-focused role, and the ideal candidate will have strong HubSpot experience, a track record in SaaS/technology marketing, and a keen understanding of LinkedIn as a key social platform for business growth.</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, deploying, and optimizing content across digital platforms, focusing on LinkedIn and HubSpot to drive engagement and lead generation. You will help build a content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and target audience, primarily in the SaaS/technology B2B space.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p> </p> <p>Content Creation & Deployment: Create compelling content for LinkedIn (posts, articles, infographics) and deploy it across relevant platforms to drive engagement and lead generation.<br /> HubSpot Management: Leverage HubSpot for content scheduling, lead nurturing, email marketing, and campaign tracking. Experience with HubSpot certifications will be highly valued.<br /> B2B Content Strategy: Develop blog posts, website copy, and landing pages tailored to B2B audiences in the SaaS/technology space.<br /> Social Media (LinkedIn): Manage and optimize LinkedIn campaigns, ensuring regular updates and engaging content that strengthens brand presence and drives interactions with a professional audience.<br /> Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales) using tools like Slack, Zoom, and Teams to align content efforts with broader business goals.<br /> Analytics & Reporting: Use HubSpot and other analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outreach and engagement.</p> <p>What Success Looks Like</p> <p>Targeted, Engaging Content: Creation of well-crafted, on-brand content tailored to the B2B space, particularly within SaaS and technology sectors.<br /> Effective HubSpot Use: Utilization of HubSpot to streamline campaigns, manage workflows, and generate qualified leads.<br /> Consistent LinkedIn Presence: Active and consistent presence on LinkedIn, driving engagement and contributing to business growth.<br /> Content-Driven Lead Generation: Engaging content that nurtures leads and drives conversions, with measurable success metrics across campaigns.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Experience:<br /> 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B content creation and deployment.<br /> SaaS/technology industry experience is a strong plus.<br /> Previous experience using HubSpot (certifications preferred) to manage content, campaigns, and lead generation.<br /> Proficient in LinkedIn marketing—experience running campaigns, optimizing content, and engaging with the business community.<br /> Skills:<br /> Ability to create engaging content (blog posts, LinkedIn posts, website copy, infographics) tailored for B2B audiences.<br /> Strong experience with HubSpot for content management, email marketing, and campaign tracking.<br /> Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Teams.<br /> Knowledge of SEO, lead nurturing, and B2B sales funnels.<br /> Traits:<br /> Creative, strategic thinker with a focus on measurable results.<br /> Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br /> Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to a professional B2B audience.<br /> Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment.</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that’s shaping the future of employee performance and engagement.
