<strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong><br><br>We are looking for a proactive <b>Salesforce Developer</b> to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, with a primary focus on <b>Service Cloud</b> and <b>Field Service (FSL)</b>. You will build scalable solutions that support our global operations, ensuring high performance through modern coding standards and efficient platform configuration.<br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><p>In this role, you'll get to..</p><ul><li>Support the end-to-end Field Service (FSL) lifecycle by managing and configuring Service Resources, Work Types, and Work Orders.</li><li>Design and build reactive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and maintain existing Aura components.</li><li>Develop robust business logic using Apex (Classes and Triggers) and Flow, ensuring all solutions are optimized to stay within Salesforce Governor Limits.</li><li>Manage expert-level Salesforce configurations, including custom object architecture, validation rules, and advanced security/sharing models.</li><li>Build and maintain secure REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external business systems or third-party tools.</li><li>Participate in the full application lifecycle using Bitbucket and Jenkins for version control and deployment, ensuring high code quality through unit testing and peer reviews.</li><li>Work within an Agile/Scrum framework<strong> </strong>to provide technical estimations and deliver features on schedule.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>One day one we'll expect you to..<br> </p><ul><li>Have 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce Development</li><li>Have a proven track record in developing on the Salesforce platform, specifically within Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.</li><li>Apply practical experience with Field Service Lightning, including knowledge of the mobile app, dispatcher console, and scheduling logic.</li><li>Proficient in LWC, Apex, JavaScript, and SOQL</li><li>Have a strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and the ability to solve complex problems within a multi-tenant environment.</li><li>Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for task management and technical documentation.</li><li>Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or equivalent hands-on experience).</li><li>have a fully functional and up to date computer with which to perform duties</li><li>be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer</li><li>be willing to work in Pacific time</li><li>be a current resident of the Philippines and can legally perform work from there</li><li>be willing to take on a fulltime, contract-based position</li></ul><br><strong>NOTE: This is a remote (work from home) job.</strong>
