ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teach Grades 5–8 science with academic rigor and a clear biblical worldview framework
- Design engaging, hands-on lab experiences that cultivate curiosity and critical thinking
- Integrate Scripture and theology naturally across life science, earth science, physical science, and biology units
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of middle school students
- Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues as part of our school family
- Collaborate with administration on curriculum development and school-wide initiatives
- Model intellectual curiosity, Christian character, and servant leadership every day
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✓ Active Christian faith and lifestyle consistent with our mission
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Science, Science Education, or related field
✓ Valid teaching certification (or willingness to obtain)
✓ Passion for teaching middle school and meeting students where they are
✓ Ability to weave biblical worldview naturally into science content
✓ Experience with Love and Logic or similar positive discipline frameworks
✓ Strong relational skills with students, parents, and colleagues
✓ Enthusiasm for hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences
Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
