Operations Manager – Dealer Services
Job Description:
- Lead high-impact operational programs for Dealer Services
- Translate dealer strategy and quarterly goals into clear operating plans
- Optimize CRM, call tracking, lead routing, and workflow tools
- Build and maintain reporting and analytics for key dealer metrics
- Coordinate and lead initiatives across Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Operations
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in operations, revenue/sales operations, program management, or business operations in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated strength in project and program management
- Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions
- Proficiency with CRM software and efficiency tools
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
