Business Updates, Tracking, and Follow-Through</h2><p>π <strong>Voice Memo Translation</strong><br>Turn <strong>voice notes, rough ideas, and informal instructions</strong> into organized tasks and action plans</p><p>π Maintain key <strong>business trackers</strong> across operations, sales, content, and special projects<br>π Prepare a <strong>weekly business summary</strong> for a 30-minute review meeting<br>π© Flag <strong>blockers, missing information, and overdue items early</strong></p><hr><h2>β 2. Operations and Admin Support</h2><p>π₯ Handle incoming <strong>business requests</strong> and route or track them appropriately<br>π¦ Support <strong>vendor updates, portal management, product information entry, and UPC-related tasks</strong><br>β Process recurring operational tasks and confirm completion via task management systems</p><hr><h2>π 3. Experience in <strong>product-based brands or CPG</strong> is highly preferred. Strong experience supporting a <strong>founder or fast-moving business</strong> is a big plus.</p><p>π£ <strong>Communication & Organization</strong><br>Native-level English fluency.
