LINK Staffing is hiring a Material Handler / Order Packer for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on accurate packing, meeting daily targets, and maintaining quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Pack products securely and neatly according to instructions
• Verify correct items and quantities before sealing shipments
• Confirm completed orders in the system
• Report damaged items, shortages, or errors
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Meet daily packing goals while maintaining accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance and ability to meet shift requirements
• Experience in warehouse packing or similar work preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Basic computer or WMS experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 15–40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality
