PMO - International IT Rollout (Freelance, Hungary)

<p>We are currently looking for an experienced PMO Freelancer to support an international IT rollout project for a global enterprise customer. The pilot rollout has already gone live, and several additional international rollouts are planned across multiple sites worldwide.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings solid PMO experience within international IT projects and preferably experience in global IT rollout environments.</p> <p>Framework Conditions</p> <ul> <li><strong>Start:</strong> 01.07.2026</li> <li><strong>Location:</strong> Budapest </li> <li><strong>Work Mode:</strong> Remote </li> <li><strong>Duration:</strong> 6 months with likely extension</li> <li><strong>Workload:</strong> Full-time</li> <li><strong>Language Skills:</strong> English (mandatory)</li> <li><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Freelance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Note:</strong><br>Kindly be informed that our customer is located in Hungary. Therefore, only applications from candidates based in Hungary will be considered.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Support a global IT rollout project across international sites</li> <li>Support the Deployment Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of rollout activities</li> <li>PMO support for rollout planning, tracking, and reporting activities</li> <li>Coordination of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables</li> <li>Preparation of project documentation, status reports, and management presentations</li> <li>Monitoring project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies</li> <li>Support the coordination and communication between international stakeholders, project teams, and local site representatives </li> <li>Support governance processes, meetings, and steering committees</li> <li>Ensure transparency and alignment across all rollout activities</li> <li>Support communication and organizational activities during the rollout phases</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience as PMO in international IT projects</li> <li>Preferably experience in global IT rollout projects within enterprise environments</li> <li>Strong understanding of project management and PMO methodologies</li> <li>Experience supporting deployment or rollout managers in international projects is a plus</li> <li>Experience with Agile methodologies</li> <li>Strong PMO experience in governance, reporting, project documentation, and management presentations </li> <li>Experience working in international and cross-functional environments</li> <li>Excellent coordination and organizational skills</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Structured and proactive working style</li> <li>Fluent English skills (written and spoken)</li> <li>Experience in large corporate environments is highly preferred</li> </ul>
