Join our fast-paced team and play a key role in building strong client relationships and driving business growth!</p><p></p><p>Reporting to the Regional Director of Revenue, the <span>Preventative </span>Maintenance Account <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Representative is</span> a hunter role focused on lead generation, proposal building, selling the MultiPro preventative maintenance & common area cleaning services at desired margins, client onboarding, and CRM management for an assigned geography. Acting as the client advocate, this role will work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied by each department to improve the overall client experience. </p><p></p><p><b>Compensation & Work Environment Details:</b></p><p></p><p><b>On-Target Earnings (OTE):</b><span> </span>$115,000 - $120,000 per year</p><p><b>Competitive starting salary from:</b><span> </span>$60,000+</p><p><b>Monthly Commission: </b>Uncapped</p><p><b>Auto Allowance & Reimbursement: </b>Bi-weekly fixed contribution + monthly variable mileage reimbursement</p><p><b>Work Environment:</b><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;"> Field-based/remote</span> role with up to 75% travel within your territory</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do:</b></p><ul><li>Grow preventative maintenance & common area cleaning revenue in assigned market and geography by both securing new clients via cold calling, cross selling with other Valet Living entities, pursuing referrals, and analyzing available market data, as well as growing share-of-wallet revenue within existing accounts</li><li>Increase retention and revenue of PMAR’s book of business, through responding to their ongoing needs and continually offering MultiPro services</li><li>Cross-sell make ready services with Business Development Representative</li><li>Work cohesively with Customer Client Success Manager when applicable</li><li>Reduce the drop-off in use of our services, through strong client engagement and partnership with operations teams to ensure quality service</li><li>Maintain full preventative maintenance schedule within Salesforce based on each community’s budget month for each preventative maintenance service.</li><li>Foster strong client relationships based on MultiPro’s value propositions, trust and respect</li><li>Collaborate with our internal departments to ensure we are exceeding the customers’ expectations</li><li>Manage and resolve any client issues or complaints</li><li>Identify solutions and improved processes across departments to ensure a positive client relationship</li><li>Develop proposals, prepare project bids, and coordinate the successful handoff of new work to the field service team</li><li>Promote and educate property staff on new service offerings and capabilities for MultiPro and Valet Living</li><li>Work with operations team to ensure agreement on job scope and service protocols in new community launches</li><li>Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive results and ensure maximum quality of service</li><li>Apply effective problem-solving skills to resolve client complaints or needs</li><li>Represent our organization at industry-related trade shows and exhibits</li><li>Act in accordance with organizational and quality standards</li><li>Organize work and determine resources and requirements</li><li>Drive to communities within the assigned geography, up to 75% of the work week</li><li>Perform other duties, as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For:</b></p><ul><li><b>Sales Experience:</b> 2+ years of strong successful experience in a transactional B2B environment selling services preferred</li><li><b>Proven Track Record:</b> Strong history of securing new clients and growing accounts through cold calling, cross-selling, and referrals.</li><li><b>Solution-Based Sales Expertise:</b> Proficient in asking insightful questions and identifying pain points to influence and engage decision-makers, offering customized solutions at all levels.</li><li><b>Market Insight:</b> Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to drive tailored solutions.</li><li><b>CRM Proficiency:</b> Experience managing pipelines and driving results using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).</li><li><b>Negotiation Skills:</b> Advanced skills in persuasion, motivation, and closing deals.</li><li><b>Strong Communicator:</b> Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li><b>Tech-Savvy:</b> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.</li><li><b>Professional & Driven:</b> High level of professionalism, accountability, and ethical decision-making.</li><li><b>Team Player:</b> Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt in dynamic environments.</li><li><b>Valid Driver’s License:</b> This role requires frequent travel within your designated market.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why You’ll Love Working with Us:</b></p><p>Work hard, grow fast. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
