Job Description U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to client contracts. This position requires on-site work in the U.S. and the ability to obtain the necessary government security clearance. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Effectively lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and productivity.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to strategically manage and prioritize the backlog to align with team and organizational objectives.</li> <li>Identify and proactively remove impediments, providing the team with the focus they need to meet their delivery goals.</li> <li>Utilize metrics to track team performance and sprint progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li> <li>Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, promoting accountability and collaboration within the team.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners including production managers, instructional designers, developers, subject matter experts, and quality analysts to ensure project alignment.</li> <li>Optimize workflows, resource distribution, and operational efficiency within the Agile framework to enhance team productivity.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between the Agile team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding priorities and project outcomes.</li> </ul> Required Skills <ul> <li>Deep knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices.</li> <li>Proven experience using metrics to improve team performance and promote continuous improvement.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to coach and guide teams in Agile practices effectively.</li> <li>Experience in optimizing workflows and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong skills in facilitation, communication, organization, and conflict resolution.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver timely results.</li> <li>Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, Instructional Design, or Information Technology (Master's degree preferred).</li> <li>8+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years serving as a Scrum Master in Agile settings.</li> <li>Experience in supporting learning solutions programs, healthcare IT, or large-scale IT transformation initiatives is preferred.</li> <li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is required.</li> <li>Background in learning development or content design is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Familiarity with healthcare systems and electronic health record (EHR) training content is a plus.</li> <li>Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a Public Trust clearance.</li> <li>Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.</li> </ul> Disclaimer: Certain positions may require compliance with applicable immunization, occupational health mandates, or drug testing requirements. The salary and benefit information provided here pertains solely to the specified locations. The hiring range in USD is from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour or from $56,300 to $112,600 per year.
