Project Analyst - Accounts Receivable Specialist

Each clinical trial project has a dedicated Project Analyst. Once a study contract has been signed and budgets are established, the Project Analyst is the primary point of contact for the study Sponsor/Clinical Research Organization (CRO).<br><br><b>Shift:  </b>Monday-Friday, normal business hours<br><strong>Location:</strong>  Remote<br><strong>Compensation: </strong> $60k-$75k + bonus<br><strong>FLSA Classification: </strong> Exempt<br><strong>Benefits:  </strong>Health, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with a 100% employer match on the first 4% of employee contributions, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, referral program, employee assistance program, life insurance, disability insurance, and 15 days of PTO + 8 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays.</span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></span></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Serve as the primary financial contact for company for assigned projects, working closely<br>with Operations and Budgets and Contracts</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Reviews Contract/Work Orders and Amendments for assigned projects. Identifying all<br>contractual financial terms and conditions, to be able to invoice the projects timely and<br>correctly</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Use data analysis to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Financial Quality Control of study visits in the RT system to ensure accuracy of revenue<br>billed to customers</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Review study visits, ensuring RealTime is reconciled with the Sponsor/CRO Electronic<br>Data Capture (EDC) system</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure all billable items (i.e. non-visit revenue) have been separately invoiced to the<br>Sponsor/CRO, maintain support of all billable items.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Compare current RT revenue to revenue previously recorded to identify any revenue not<br>yet recognized, notifying Director of Revenue Cycle of all revenue adjustments</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepare monthly revenue files for Accounting to load into its ERP, NetSuite, by study</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Issue billing statements to each Sponsor/CRO on a monthly basis</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists as needed</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Complete or assist Director of Revenue Integrity with end of study/close-out audits</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Additional duties as assigned by management</span></span></li></ul><div style="list-style-type:disc;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></span></div><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience</span></span></li><li style="list-style-type:disc;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience working with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus, but not required.</span></span></li><li style="list-style-type:disc;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Moderate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)</span></span></li><li style="list-style-type:disc;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelors Degree</span></span></li><li style="list-style-type:disc;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrates strong critical thinking and decision-making skills resulting in sound judgment</span></span></li><li style="list-style-type:disc;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills</span></span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Flourish Research offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and endless growth opportunities.
