Project Lead (m/f/d) - Senior Consultant Level

<h1>Why we are looking for support</h1><p>We are looking for an experienced Project Lead (m/f/d) to lead complex IT projects and drive impactful client engagements. You will take ownership to end-to-end project delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and experience in the Consumer Goods industry.</p><br><h1>Your tasks</h1><p></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from scoping to implementation and closure</li><li>Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource planning </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for the internal team, clients and stakeholders </li><li>Manage cross-functional, international teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence </li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate project management methodologies, governance, and best practices </li><li>Drive requirements engineering and alignment between business and technical teams </li><li>Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and quality</li><li>Lead workshops, steering committees, and status reporting</li><li>Mentor and support junior team members </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and value creation for clients </li></ul><p></p><br><h1>Requirements</h1><p></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in consulting or related industry </li><li>Proven experience leading IT projects as Project Lead or Project Manager </li><li>Strong experience in stakeholder management and requirements engineering </li><li>Experience in Consumer Goods (CG) industry is strongly preferred </li><li>Solid understanding of IT project delivery (e.g. CRM, digital platforms, system implementations) </li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive mindset </li><li>Experience working in remote and international environments </li><li>Fluent in English </li><li>Italian is a plus </li><li>Multilingual background is a strong advantage </li></ul><p></p><br><h1>What We Offer</h1><p></p><br><h1>Nice to Have</h1><p></p><ul><li>language skills, e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish</li></ul><p></p>
