Driving pipeline growth and market expansion, the full-time Regional Growth Marketing Manager will execute regional marketing programs, manage events, and implement localized campaigns to support enterprise sales growth across North America and APAC. Key responsibilities Own and execute regional marketing programs to generate pipeline and support revenue growth Plan and manage regional events and field marketing initiatives with clear ROI objectives Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Global Marketing teams to align marketing activities with strategic targets Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or growth marketing roles within SaaS or technology environments Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels Strong understanding of pipeline generation and campaign ROI measurement Ability to engage with senior commercial stakeholders and industry audiences Experience within fast-growth or scale-up organizations is highly advantageous
