This is a unique opportunity to operate in a fully remote capacity, managing project sites across various UK locations from the comfort of your home office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring that all operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key duties include developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will be expected to leverage advanced communication and project management software to maintain oversight and provide regular updates to stakeholders. A proven ability to anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve site-specific challenges remotely, and maintain strong working relationships with on-site teams and clients is paramount.
