Be part of a team that makes a real difference. Job Description Repair Standards Content SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Repair Standards Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, translating, and assembling the database for our Collision Repair Standards product line. You'll produce technically accurate automotive collision repair information from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service information while meeting established productivity standards.Key Responsibilities<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Research and compile automotive repair information from OEM service documentation</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate technical automotive information into standardized formats</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Produce and maintain accurate collision repair data within our electronic publishing system</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Enter information according to established procedures for consistent application in computer estimation systems</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Utilize Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC), various parts lookup interfaces, and other resources to locate OEM repair procedures</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure technical accuracy and adherence to quality standards</li></ul> Qualifications Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent Required Skills and Experience:<ul type="disc"><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency with basic computer applications and operating systems</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to understand technical documentation and translate it for practical application</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong organizational skills and ability to meet productivity standards</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration</li></ul> Desired Skills and Experience:<ul type="disc"><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Automotive background or technical knowledge of vehicle systems and parts</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Thorough understanding of different vehicle systems and component relationships</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience using Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC) and parts lookup interfaces</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with electronic publishing systems or database management</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Background in automotive repair, service writing, or parts department roles</li></ul><div><hr align="left" size="0" width="100%"></div> Benefits We’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $20.60 - $26.44 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
