Reporting into the Sales Leadership function, the SDR is responsible for building a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">This is a target-driven, commercially focused role suited to individuals who are resilient, organised, and motivated by results. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality leads are converted into meaningful sales conversations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold"><br>Key Responsibilities</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Core Sales & Lead Generation</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Proactively identify and research prospective clients using multiple sourcing channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and sales tools).</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified sales leads and book meetings for the sales team.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Engage prospects professionally to understand their needs, challenges, and buying intent.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Qualify leads against agreed criteria before passing opportunities to the appropriate sales stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads and maximise conversion opportunities.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">CRM, Tools & Data Management</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Accurately log all prospect interactions, activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Maintain up-to-date and high-quality pipeline data to support reporting and forecasting.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Utilise approved sales tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, LinkedIn, email automation tools) effectively and compliantly.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Collaboration & Continuous Improvement</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align messaging and targeting.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Actively seek feedback and continuously refine outreach techniques and messaging.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Stay informed on Quantanite’s service offerings, value propositions, and target markets.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold"><br>Qualifications</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Essential</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Minimum <span style="font-weight: bold">3</span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">–5 years’ experience</span><span style="font-size: 12pt"> in a sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Strong verbal and written </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">English communication skills</span><span style="font-size: 12pt">.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Proven ability to work in a </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">target-driven, high-volume</span><span style="font-size: 12pt"> environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">High level of organisation, time management, and attention to detail.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business tools (Google Workspace / MS Office).</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;
