This leader will oversee a national team of Oncology Nurse Educators focused on delivering non-promotional, compliant education to healthcare offices, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical staff involved in the treatment of patients receiving BESREMi.</span><br><br><span style="line-height:normal;">This role serves as the primary architect of the field nurse education strategy and a critical cross-functional leader across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Training, and related functions. The Senior Director will translate brand and commercial priorities into a compliant field education model that equips healthcare teams to appropriately support patients throughout the treatment journey.</span><br><br><span style="line-height:normal;">In addition to leading the team, this role is responsible for the development, oversight, and continuous refinement of customer-facing educational materials and tools used by the Oncology Nurse Educator team with healthcare practices. salary range for this position is $250,000 to $280,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education and geographical location. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
