We enable organizations to maximize their ServiceNow investments, reducing costs and elevating service quality across the entire enterprise.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="5"><strong data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="0">The Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM</strong></h3> <p data-path-to-node="6">In your daily routine, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Develop the roadmap of offerings and the go-to-market strategy for the ITOM practice.</li> <li>Lead the innovation agenda in AIOps, automation, and Cloud Management.</li> <li>Mentor Senior PLs (Project Leaders) and Senior Architects.</li> <li>Act as the main expert in high-level discussions with C-level clients.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for the practice with ServiceNow and other strategic partners.</li> <li>Design and develop end-to-end functionalities, including advanced workflows and integrations.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs through deep root-cause analysis.</li> <li>Build custom widgets and advanced solutions for the Service Portal.</li> <li>Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define technical and strategic requirements.</li> <li>Oversee and manage application deployments into production environments.</li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="8"><strong data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="0">Required Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul data-path-to-node="9"> <li>English Advanced;</li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,0,0">Platform Fundamentals: </p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,0,0">Proficient in using Update Sets and Application Scopes.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,0,0">Understands schema maps and key tables (Task, CMDB).
