About the Role: We are looking for a data-driven Social Media Intern to help us level up our digital presence. If you live on your FYP, love dissecting why a post went viral, and enjoy engaging with online communities, we want to hear from you. This role is a blend of creative ideation and strategic analysis, perfect for someone who wants to see the full lifecycle of a social post. Key Responsibilities:<ul style="margin-top:16px;"><li style="margin-top:16px;">Posting & Community Management: Own the daily publishing schedule across all platforms. You’ll be responding to comments, sparking conversations, and fostering a vibrant community.</li></ul><ul><li>Social Reporting & Insights: Go beyond the "like" button. You will track weekly and monthly performance metrics, translate data into actionable insights, and help us understand what content truly resonates with our audience.</li></ul><ul><li>Trend Testing & Experimentation: Stay ahead of the curve. You’ll be responsible for identifying emerging trends, sounds, and platform features, then helping run rapid-fire experiments to see how we can pivot them for our brand with a focus on TikTok.</li></ul><ul style="margin-bottom:16px;"><li style="margin-bottom:16px;">Video & Photography: Capture and edit photos and videos for use across social channels, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.</li></ul>About You:<ul><li>Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and whatever platform just launched yesterday.</li></ul><ul><li>An analytical mindset. You enjoy looking at a spreadsheet and checking things off the list.</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul><ul style="margin-bottom:16px;"><li>Comfort moving fast, working independently, and making ideas happen from start to finish. </li><li>Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. </li><li>Strong creative POV with the ability to make content that is scroll-stopping, binge-worthy, and unique.</li><li>A passion for health, wellness, and mission-driven brands, with alignment to Supergut’s values and vision.</li><li>Bonus: Experience with social media analytics tools and using data to inform content decisions.</li><li style="margin-bottom:16px;">Bonus: Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and video editing software (Capcut).</li></ul>Why Join Supergut? Compensation & Internship Duration The hourly rate for this position is $20, with a commitment of 20 hours per week.
