This is not a traditional project-based role—instead, you will act as a technical enabler and problem solver, partnering with business teams to bring AI-driven ideas to life. You will work across a variety of use cases, from building new AI-powered solutions to deploying and scaling existing prototypes, often in non-standard and evolving environments. Success in this role requires adaptability, strong engineering fundamentals, and hands-on experience with modern AI tools and cloud platforms. data-end="3089">Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and solution brainstorming.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Qualifications and Skills <ul> <li data-section-id="pmbv3d" data-start="3127" data-end="3178">5–8+ years of experience in software engineering.</li> <li data-section-id="10dfi70" data-start="3179" data-end="3257">Strong proficiency in Java or Python (both is a plus, but not required).</li> <li data-section-id="y7t0da" data-start="3258" data-end="3361">Hands-on experience working with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cline, or similar).</li> <li data-section-id="y7eaty" data-start="3362" data-end="3453">Experience building and deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred).</li> <li data-section-id="144poxn" data-start="3454" data-end="3530">Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system design.</li> <li data-section-id="j5lf6f" data-start="3531" data-end="3607">Ability to work in ambiguous, non-standard,
