The pay range is $115,000.00 - $206,000.00
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The GSCL Product team is part of a broader Operations Strategy,Productand Innovation (SPI) team, which provides shared capabilities across Operations to enhance ease and efficiency for both frontline team members and guests. The SPI team brings together expertise from Stores and Global Supply Chain & Logistics who specialize in product, strategy, and innovation. This centralized team will help prioritize investments that deliver newness, ease and value for our guests and frontline teams, so we can move quickly on good ideas and allocate resources in line with our long-term goals.
The team plays a key role in developing a clear roadmap that aligns with the company’s Strategy and Long-Range Plan (LRP).
Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product, technology, discovery and design work.
As a Senior Product Manager for Supply Chain UI within Operations SPI (Strategy, Product, and Innovation) you will be responsible for the technology and user interface that facilitates inventory flow/visibility within Target’s Global Supply Chain and Logistics (GSLC) network; the product visibility and tools spans from DC Pre-Shift Planning, DC Product Flow Monitoring, and Management Systems. This role will create, design, communicate, and implement a product strategy for a transforming supply chain and product team. Specifically, creating real-time tools and visibility for supply chain business leaders primarily in the field network.
Initially, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the visibility and tools for site leader users of the product.
Your responsibilities will initially be well-defined and structured in scope and reach as the user base spans GSCL leadership and Field Operations.
