<p style="text-align:inherit">      </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>The Senior Product Owner for the Salesforce CRM – Core Relationships is a strategic technical and business leader who collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide administrative, architectural, and development expertise across within our Salesforce instances. This role is responsible for setting direction, driving discovery, and prioritizing the technical requirements and objectives of stakeholders. <br><br>The Senior Product Owner is responsible for defining and translating the product vision into actionable strategies and solutions that drive key business outcomes. We are investing in data and technology, using DevOps practices, and building an engineering culture of empowered technical experts. <br><br>The ideal candidate will have a track record in establishing effective product management practices with new audiences, as well as deep knowledge of CRM capabilities.<p style="text-align:inherit">         </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit">          </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><span><b>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#000000">The Senior Product Owner on the Salesforce CRM – Core Relationship product team will participate in defining key measurable outcomes, identify and create user stories, provide direction and prioritization of work for the future of our core CRM technologies for development of a unified CRM on the Salesforce platform for the organization. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">This person will play a key role on the product team as a visionary leader and partner working closely with the technical lead and delivery team to ensure we deliver the highest value work to the organization in this space and be able to measure effectiveness and results.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Collaborate with other Product leaders and stakeholders to ensure work prioritization is aligned with Thrivent’s priorities and overall Salesforce CRM – Core Relationship product roadmap as well as to provide product development feedback and direction.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Continuously innovates and evolves the product in alignment with strategic priorities. Is responsible for creating, maintaining, and evolving the product roadmap.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Maintain and refine product backlog: Create user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritize all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Ensure stories clearly communicate the customer and stakeholder needs to meet key business objectives and strategies for the product.  Is available for consultation during agile team planning and grooming sessions as needed.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Works with other product teams/owners to align product roadmaps and sprint plans, and to focus on delivering the maximum business value to the organization.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Working as a part of an agile team ensures the team is aligned around similar goals and objectives and attending all team meetings.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Engage with customers and users on a regular basis to uncover implicit and explicit needs.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Develop and track key value drivers that measure effectiveness of product discovery and overall product performance and communicate these to stakeholders and business leaders on a regular basis.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization’s direction <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">standards/governance.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Proven product ownership skills across discovery through delivery, including problem framing, outcome-based roadmaps, and KPI definition to measure adoption and business impact.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Strong stakeholder management experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Understand fundamentals of iterative development, software development process and procedures.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Expertise in the principles of Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">High level of organization and attention to detail.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Passion and understanding of new technology and trends.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills among all organizational levels; hyphens: auto;"> Preferred: </span></b></i></span></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Certified Product Owner or similar certification.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Salesforce Development experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities and related CRM best practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Experience with CRM integrations and data/identity patterns (APIs, middleware, data quality/mastering, and role-based access) to enable a unified client view.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Ability to define and operationalize CRM metrics and reporting and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Experience on other technology stacks is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Proven success in developing business cases, roadmaps, product execution strategies for complex or large-scope products</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Ability to prioritize work against enterprise, division, and product strategies. The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $132,814.00 - $179,690.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions.
