Mission Systems (SEMS) line of business is looking for a staff level contracts negotiator to provide support for the emerging Sanctum Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) submarket segment with a focus on proposal support for capturing new business, comprehensive risk mitigation approaches, developing commercial terms and conditions and contract structures for this up and coming market. This individual will be the lead contracts POC for captures, negotiations, and related PIAs and bailments, working closely with the program office, risk management, and legal. The candidate must be a strategic thinker, able to effectively coordinate with Lockheed Martin program, technical, and business management teams.

In addition, the successful candidate will evaluate contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations. They will maintain communications to ensure timely contract execution by the parties and ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations.
