Role Overview You'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and evolving high-quality documentation and educational content that empowers our users to understand and use our product effectively. This includes user guides, release notes, onboarding materials, FAQs, and in-app help content. This role is remote and based in Egypt. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li aria-level="1">Write, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for product features, workflows, and updates.</li> <li aria-level="1">Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services and the Customer Education & Support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.</li> <li aria-level="1">Create and update onboarding materials, tutorials, and help center articles.</li> <li aria-level="1">Develop content strategies for new feature rollouts and ensure timely documentation updates.</li> <li aria-level="1">Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all user-facing content.</li> <li aria-level="1">Monitor user feedback and analytics to continuously improve documentation and identify content gaps.</li> <li aria-level="1">Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-sharing resources as needed.</li> <li aria-level="1">Maintain the product help portals to ensure that it hosts the latest material.</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li aria-level="1">2+ years of experience in technical writing, user education, or a similar role-preferably in a SaaS organization.</li> <li aria-level="1">Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.</li> <li aria-level="1">Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content.</li> <li aria-level="1">Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or similar.</li> <li aria-level="1">Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development processes is a plus.</li> <li aria-level="1">Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li> <li aria-level="1">Experience creating video tutorials, walkthroughs, or interactive guides.</li> <li aria-level="1">Previous experience building and managing a knowledge base is a plus</li> </ul> What We Offer <ul> <li aria-level="1">Competitive salary and benefits</li> <li aria-level="1">Flexible work environment</li> <li aria-level="1">Opportunity to shape the user experience of a growing product</li> <li aria-level="1">A collaborative and supportive team culture</li> </ul> Why Specright <ul> <li>Entrepreneurial culture.
