Sales of tickets also include a commission. Must be available to work weekend shifts.

Duties

  • Manage ticket sales and check-in processes accurately using POS systems such as Square.
  • Greet guests warmly, provide excellent customer service, and answer questions about available rides items or event details.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with integrity..
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction while multitasking across responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with POS systems a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Bonus paid for multilingual applicants.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this energetic role. Pay: From $15.00 per hour
