This is a self-employed role with an established, award-winning travel business with over 35 years' experience and 100+ trusted travel partners worldwide.

It's worth being upfront about how this actually works, because honesty saves everyone's time.

You build your client base primarily through your own network: friends, family, colleagues, and connections. There's no cold leads list or ready-made client pipeline. What you do get is the tools, training and backing of a well-established business to help you turn those relationships into bookings.

Some people join purely to access discounted travel for themselves, and that's a completely valid reason. Others use it to build a genuine side income around existing work or family life. And some go further and grow a team around them too. There's no single right way to use it.
