U.S. Based - Klaviyo Specialist (Email + SMS)

We’re looking for a hands-on Klaviyo expert who can jump into existing accounts and execute daily email and SMS tasks quickly and accurately. This is an execution role, not strategy.

What You’ll Do:

- Build, QA, and send email campaigns in Klaviyo

- Execute SMS campaigns (Klaviyo SMS)

- Build and update flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)

- Create and adjust segments for campaigns and flows

- Make edits, updates, and last-minute changes as needed

- Monitor performance and apply basic optimizations

Must Have:

- Based in the US

- Proven, hands-on Klaviyo experience

- Strong attention to detail and QA habits

- A famous quote as the start of your application

- Ability to work daily and turn tasks around fast

- Comfortable following SOPs and brand guidelines

- Reliable communication during U.S. business hours
