About the opportunity We are seeking an experienced and strategic senior legal leader to lead key aspects of our global corporate legal function. This role will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulations, managing cross-border mergers and acquisitions, overseeing domestic and international corporate governance, and maintaining corporate legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a high-growth, technology company with deep corporate, M&A, compliance, regulatory, and management experience. This role reports to the EVP, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary. line-height: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">12+ years of legal experience, with substantial in-house experience in a legal department of a large, multi-national company.</li> <li style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Proven experience in managing cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, and other strategic transactions.</li> <li style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of U.S. and international corporate governance.</li> <li style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Expertise in corporate legal compliance, including IP, public sector, subsidiary management, treasury, records management, anti-bribery & corruption, and sanctions compliance.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;
